This thought occurs to me almost every day, working in a hi-tech company in Israel. I see the same people, every day, and seldom do words pass between us. Maybe a half-smile, initiated by me. What makes people so miserable? Is it it the daily, boring, humdrum reality of dragging themselves into the same, dull office every day? Wish I knew.
