Mindfulness & breakfast
I could probably kill two birds with one stone by getting rid of my breakfast routine and spending the time doing 10 minutes’ mindfulness.
So long as you are still able to participate, join-in with the conversation, your perception of self is just as valid as that of the doctor or nurse.
This I imagine is worldview mixed with upbringing, culture and something else; in cookery, this would be the Umami.
Back to the cyclists and my standing on the kerbside with my dog.
