The idea is that I eat keto – that is, I get-rid of carbohydrate from my diet, or, at least as much as I can manage and concentrate on fat and protein. This isn’t Atkin’s, it is a primeval derivation. Keto is when your body metabolises fat instead of carbohydrate – it is the supposed antidote to type 2 diabetes, obesity, fatigue and ultimately physiological obsolescence related to too much Burger King & pizza.
